924 CPU Cards for System 922

Some of the System 922's manufactured between 05/05 and 10/05 may have internal 924 CPU cards that can fail prematurely. If you have purchased or installed a System 922 during this time period, contact Gordon Kapes, Inc. technical support group immediately.

Please provide your System 922 serial number (located on the right-hand side of the main cabinet, as viewed from the front) so we can identify if your system is at risk. If we find that you have a system that is at risk, we have a field-service program set up to send out a replacement 924 CPU card via Federal Express along with an enclosed Federal Express air bill to be used for the return of the defective 924 CPU card(s).
